FP&A Manager – Fintech (McLean, VA) A rapidly scaling fintech company is seeking a Corporate FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting, strategic analysis, and decision support across the organization. This is a highly visible role ideal for candidates with investment banking, transaction advisory (TAS), financial due diligence, or strategic finance backgrounds. What You’ll Do
Lead budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and financial reporting.
Develop dynamic financial models for revenue, unit economics, customer behavior, and strategic initiatives.
Build dashboards and KPIs for leadership and board-level visibility.
Analyze revenue drivers, cost structure, margins, and SaaS/fintech business performance.
Partner with Accounting to ensure accuracy of financial statements and variance explanations.
Support scenario modeling, pricing analysis, business cases, and capital allocation planning.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership.
Improve forecasting tools, automation, and data quality across finance systems.
Prepare materials for executive reviews, strategic planning, and investor updates.
What You’ll Bring
5–8+ years in FP&A, investment banking, transaction advisory/TAS, financial due diligence, or strategic finance.
Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of financial statements, revenue forecasting, and unit economics.
Experience in fintech, SaaS, subscription models, or technology preferred.
Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong communication skills for executive-level audiences.
High ownership, curiosity, and comfort operating in a high-growth environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, retention, ARPU).
Exposure to valuation, M&A modeling, or market sizing.
Experience implementing FP&A tools, planning systems, or BI platforms.
Background supporting board materials or investor relations.
