Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a growing GovCon / Federal IT Services organization who is seeking a hands‑on Senior Manager of FP&A to partner closely with the CFO and lead enterprise‑wide financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. This role owns budgeting and forecasting, supports executive decision‑making, and manages a small FP&A team in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long‑range financial planning
- Deliver executive‑level financial analysis, KPIs, and reporting
- Support revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and cash flow planning
- Partner with leadership on growth initiatives and pricing decisions
- Manage and develop a team of 3 FP&A analysts
- Oversee indirect rate structure and cost allocation setup
- Provides FP&A leadership for pricing strategy, proposal modeling, and recompete analysis
- Oversee FP&A processes within Deltek Costpoint
Qualifications
- 8+ years of FP&A experience, including people management
- Strong GovCon financial background
- Significant experience with Deltek Costpoint (required)
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels
