Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting tasks with a primary focus on Accounts Receivable and cash accounting.
• Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with month‑end close.
• Support revenue recognition processes and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
• Provide support for additional accounting functions as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience required.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field highly preferred.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and NetForum strongly desired.
• Must be deadline-driven, focused, and analytically minded.
• Nonprofit (NFP) experience and exposure to membership organizations are a plus.
