Location: Alexandria, VA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Conversion Salary: ~$70,000

Key Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day financial and analytical operations
• Assist with basic accounting tasks, reporting, and data analysis
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Partner with internal teams on operational and financial initiatives
• Complete ad‑hoc analysis and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• Recent graduate with ideally ~1 year of experience (0–2 years acceptable)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
