Key Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing, audits, and reconciliations
• Assist with multi‑state payroll tax compliance and filings
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Partner with HR and Finance on payroll‑related inquiries
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
• Support system updates and reporting needs

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of payroll or payroll tax experience
• Knowledge of multi‑state payroll and compliance
• Experience with payroll systems (Workday preferred for some roles)
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
