Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a growing organization to identify a Senior Accountant to support core accounting operations and financial reporting. This role is ideal for an experienced accountant who thrives in an operational, fast‑paced environment supporting product‑based and service‑driven revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Lead or support month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Support revenue recognition related to product and service offerings
• Assist with inventory accounting, including reconciliations and variance analysis
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Assist with audits and external reporting requirements
• Support accounting process improvements and system enhancements
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and cross‑functional teams as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Experience in product‑based, distribution, technology, or operational environments preferred
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
