Manufacturing Engineer

We’re looking for a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize welding, CNC machining, and assembly operations in a collaborative, people‑focused manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do

• Develop, troubleshoot, and continuously improve welding processes
• Optimize CNC machining programs, tooling, and setups
• Lead and improve assembly processes and work instructions
• Partner with Quality on inspections, compliance, and corrective actions
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support safety, delivery, and cost improvements across operations

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 3–5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Strong background in welding, CNC machining, and assembly
• CNC programming & CAD proficiency
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and quality systems
• Must be a U.S. Citizen 
• Comfortable working in a production environment (standing/walking, lifting up to 50 lbs)
