Manufacturing Engineer
We’re looking for a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize welding, CNC machining, and assembly operations in a collaborative, people‑focused manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do
- Develop, troubleshoot, and continuously improve welding processes
- Optimize CNC machining programs, tooling, and setups
- Lead and improve assembly processes and work instructions
- Partner with Quality on inspections, compliance, and corrective actions
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support safety, delivery, and cost improvements across operations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 3–5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Strong background in welding, CNC machining, and assembly
- CNC programming & CAD proficiency
- Experience with Lean manufacturing and quality systems
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Comfortable working in a production environment (standing/walking, lifting up to 50 lbs)
