Position Overview
This role supports the execution of renewable energy transactions, with a focus on financial modeling, due diligence, and deal support across solar and storage projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for solar and energy storage projects
- Support due diligence and transaction execution across financings
- Assist in structuring project financing (tax equity, debt, and other capital sources)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including investors and lenders
- Analyze project economics, risks, and expected returns
- Prepare investor materials, approval documentation, and financial analysis outputs
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or renewable energy
- Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities required
- Required: Renewable energy or infrastructure experience
- Experience supporting transactions, due diligence, or deal execution preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
