Overview
Client is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Human Resources Business Partner who can work collaboratively with various departments in our growing and fast-paced environment. The position reports directly to the Chief People Officer and will be an integral part of the organization as one of our first HR hires. This person is responsible for collaborating with our senior management and their teams to ensure we are continuing to foster a good culture and environment.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a sounding board to managers for people development, proactively recommend measures for coaching and development
  • Assess employee development needs and execute people-driven programs
  • Ensure departmental plans and procedures are being followed through, identifying any areas for iteration or improvement with a focus in our Member Support Department
  • Work with management to execute on performance evaluations
  • Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing
  • Assist the Chief People Officer in maintaining company culture through planning events
  • Monitor trends within the company and the industry to ensure the company remains competitive in regards to retaining talent
  • Maintain HRIS records and compile reports as needed
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent in related work experience
  • At least 4 years of experience as an HR Manager or HRBP
  • At least 2 years of experience partnering directly with senior management in a fast paced environment
  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work with sensitive data and maintain strict confidentiality
  • PHR and or SHRM-CP certification a plus
