Contract / Contract to Hire
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of managing employee salary data, ensuring timesheets are accurate and payments are made on time, ticket system troubleshooting and processing.
- Handle mail and document scanning and distribution.
- Assist in the maintenance of payroll records and filing systems.
- Assist with answering employees' inquiries in ticketing system and phone calls.
- Assist with processing payroll items.
- Perform manual data entry and input into payroll system.
- Support and assist with audit pulls.
