Cordia Resources is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator on a temp to hire basis to work 5 days a week in office in Takoma Park, MD. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing HR files for 300 employees, ensuring that all necessary documents are present and up to date, and proactively following up with employees regarding benefit and 401k information. This role also requires prior HR experience and proficiency with ADP, a popular HR software system. Spanish fluency is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Review HR files for 300 employees, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Contact employees to follow up on benefit and 401k information, addressing any discrepancies.
Maintain employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
Provide support in the administration of HR programs and initiatives.
Collaborate with HR team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in Human Resources is required.
Proficiency in ADP software is required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Spanish fluency is a plus.
