Job Title: Data Analyst - Master Data Integration

Duration: Approximately 3 months

Location: Fully Remote (East Coast/Central Time Zone preferred)

Compensation: $50-$60/hr.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our client's team for a short-term project focused on synthesizing Master Data from multiple systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data management and integration, with a strong background in handling diverse data sets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate and synthesize Master Data from Salesforce, Recurley (Billing), and Excel.
• Conduct data dumps into Excel and perform detailed research on contracts/MSAs.
• Engage with clients to confirm and validate customer, billing, and user information.
• Establish a single source of truth for customer data.
• Upload the consolidated data back into Salesforce.
• Support the Netsuite implementation by ensuring Salesforce data flows seamlessly into Netsuite for billing purposes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Accounting Systems Analyst with a strong data background.
• Proven experience with master data management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Recurley, and proficient in Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in companies with $30M+ revenue is a plus.

Preferred:

• Candidates located in the East Coast or Central Time Zone.
• Experience in both smaller and larger company environments.
