Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with an executive presence to join their Bethesda office. This role is critical to their operations, providing a welcoming environment for visitors and supporting essential office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and guests, directing them to appropriate locations.
- Manage shipping and receiving of documents, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Coordinate office-related vendor management with the manager.
- Troubleshoot facilities issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office and meeting rooms.
- Order lunch, snacks, and beverages for meetings.
- Monitor and manage office supply, food, and collateral inventories weekly.
- Collaborate with the local office team on various initiatives.
- Continuously improve office management processes and implement solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in a front desk or similar role.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Energetic with a positive attitude and executive presence.
- Prompt response to needs and service requests; committed to meeting expectations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; clarity in both positive and negative situations.
