Job Title: Application Development Analyst

Location: Fully Remote

Contract Duration: 6 Months with 2 Option Years

Compensation: $58/hr.

Job Description:

Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is seeking skilled Application Development Analysts for a digital transformation project with a large Southeast organization. The focus is on analyzing and remediating systems in preparation for a new ERP system go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document specifications for current web applications.
• Develop remediation strategies for impacted applications and databases.
• Collaborate with business users to enhance applications based on current needs.
• Remediate applications for go-live readiness.
• Work with database administrators to create views and stored procedures.
• Update applications to reflect changes in chart of accounts and other mandates.
• Analyze and optimize financial data models.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for task management and code deployment.
• Participate in scrum and team meetings, collaborating with team members and customers.
• Conduct maintenance activities and knowledge transfer with technical staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with ASP.NET, Angular or React, SQL Server, and/or Oracle.
• Familiarity with on-premises and cloud-based applications.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle.
• Proficiency in software development and agile best practices.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to implement solutions across multiple data sources and technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude.
