Cordia Resources is seeking a skilled Staff Accountant. This role will focus on reconciliations, month-end close, and variance analysis. Experience with Unanet is required.

Key Responsibilities:

   •       Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
   •       Handle month-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
   •       Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain discrepancies in financial data.
   •       Collaborate with other departments to support financial reporting and analysis.
   •       Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Requirements:

   •       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
   •       2+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on reconciliations and month-end close.
   •       Proficiency with Unanet accounting software is required.
   •       Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
   •       Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
