Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with government officials, customers, program personnel, and senior technical staff to develop and maintain a comprehensive integrated master schedule for all training events.
- Monitor schedules, report performance, identify potential issues, and propose effective courses of action to mitigate those issues.
- Maintain a high-level calendar to track and display upcoming program reviews, milestone decisions, and deliverables.
- Create, revise, and update a “dashboard” overview of all program document statuses on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Collaborate with project teams to coordinate, schedule, and facilitate daily project team meetings, as well as weekly meetings with the government and various stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or an Engineering discipline preferred. Equivalent work-related experience will be considered.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 8+ years of experience working on government DoD programs.
- Proficient in working within an Agile environment utilizing Jira and Confluence.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining schedules and status reporting using Jira and Confluence, including linking schedules to Sprints and automating graphical reports.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to generate schedules for training events and integrate them into a master schedule.
- Skilled in generating courses of action and illustrating their effectiveness in mitigating issues.
- Ability to create professional briefings suitable for high-level military and government personnel.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and training skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to work well in team settings.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities efficiently.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Possession of CompTIA Security+ certification (or another DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification) or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMI Certification (e.g., PMI-SP, CAPM, PMP).
- Experience with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).
Special Requirements/Security Clearance:
- TS/SCI clearance is required. Candidates with a collateral TS will be considered if the SSBI is still in scope.
