- Manage accounts payable activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Reconcile statements, maintain records, and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for payment verification and clarification
- Utilize Vista software for AP processes and data management
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist, preferably within the construction sector
- Proficiency in Vista software is required
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
