Our client, a dynamic leader in tax and accounting, renowned for its innovative and comprehensive services, is seeking an ambitious Tax Manager to enhance their team.

 

Why this role is unique: The Tax Manager will engage in complex tax preparation and management tasks, serving a diverse client base of over 600 businesses and individuals across the mid-Atlantic region. This opening is due to our ongoing growth and the need to expand our capacity to meet client demand.

 

What we offer: This position comes with a competitive salary range of $95k-$130k plus bonus & equity. You will experience a hybrid work environment with flexibility after busy season, allowing for an excellent work/life balance.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinating and communicating with clients and other stakeholders to deliver essential tax services.
• Managing the preparation of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns across various industries.
• Leading the creation of income tax projections that include multiple scenarios and analyses.

 

Who we're looking for:

• Ideal candidates have 3-8+ years of tax experience, preferably in public accounting, and are proficient in tax software like ProSeries.
• This role is perfect for someone possibly considering independent practice but prefers the support and structure of a smaller, growth-oriented firm.
