Job Title: Staff Accountant (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Tysons Corner, VA (3 days in office)
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, perfect for someone looking to grow within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and post journal entries
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Analyze financial data and generate reports as needed

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with a Minor in Accounting or Finance
Experience: 2-5 years of accounting experience

Skills:
Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level required)
Experience with PeopleSoft is a plus
SQL knowledge is highly desirable
CPA a plus

Schedule: Hybrid role with 3 days in the Tysons Corner office.
