Cordia Resources is seeking a Corporate Accountant for a reputable real estate industry client. This role will focus on supporting month-end close, intercompany accounting, and variance analysis. Real estate industry experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

   •       Assist in month-end close processes, including preparing and reviewing journal entries.
   •       Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
   •       Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
   •       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data.
   •       Support financial reporting and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Requirements:

   •       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
   •       3+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on month-end close and variance analysis.
   •       Strong understanding of intercompany accounting processes.
   •       Real estate industry experience is a plus.
   •       Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills.
   •       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
