Responsibilities

Support daily accounting department operations, including reviewing and substantiating accounts payable transactions by auditing documents and posting accounts receivable, payable, and other general ledger adjustments.
Prepare monthly journal entries for entry into the ERP system, NetSuite, by collecting necessary data, analyzing costs, and preparing support to attach to journal entries.
Crosstrain with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable coordinators to back up payments and collections procedures as needed.
Aid in the preparation of monthly deferred and recognized revenue postings and reconciliations
