Finance Manager (CGFM)
Washington, DCCordia Resources has partnered with an organization in NW, DC - seeking an experienced Finance Manager (CGFM) to join their team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of a temp-to-hire conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Certified Government Financial Manager CGFM or (CPA) highly preferred
5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or government financial management
Strong knowledge of federal financial regulations and reporting standards
Exceptional communication skills are a must
Ability to work independently in a non-supervisory capacity

Key Responsibilities:
- Solely responsible for managing the annual audit
- Oversee budgeting and financial reporting, including SF-133
- Ensure compliance with OMB A-136 and A-123 regulations
- Maintain a strong understanding of government treasury and finance processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and transparency
- Communicate effectively with leadership and external auditors
