Cordia Resources has partnered with an organization in NW, DC - seeking an experienced Finance Manager (CGFM) to join their team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of a temp-to-hire conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Solely responsible for managing the annual audit
Oversee budgeting and financial reporting, including SF-133
Ensure compliance with OMB A-136 and A-123 regulations
Maintain a strong understanding of government treasury and finance processes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and transparency
Communicate effectively with leadership and external auditors
Qualifications: Certified Government Financial Manager CGFM or (CPA) highly preferred 5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or government financial management Strong knowledge of federal financial regulations and reporting standards Exceptional communication skills are a must Ability to work independently in a non-supervisory capacity This is an excellent opportunity for a financial professional with government finance expertise looking for a dynamic role in a hybrid work environment.
