Reston, VACordia Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting expertise, particularly in journal entries, audit preparation, and fixed asset management. Experience in the construction industry and familiarity with Sage Intacct are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post accurate and timely journal entries
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Manage fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Support internal and external audits, including documentation and process explanations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Experience with Sage Intacct preferred
- Construction industry experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
