Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the incentive compensation program, which includes 15+ project-based plans.
- Utilize Callidus Cloud or equivalent sales performance management software (such as Everstage, Performio, Varicent) for data imports, reconciliations, and detailed reviews.
- Conduct thorough reviews of commission agreements to ensure accurate calculations.
- Prepare accruals and be familiar with journal entries, ensuring precision in all financial aspects.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior level accounting role.
- Ideally experienced with incentive compensation programs.
- Expertise in Callidus Cloud or similar sales performance management systems is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and a high degree of accuracy.
- Familiarity with construction management incentive programs is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex data efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
