Cordia Resources is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, including billing, payment posting, and job cost tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Post and reconcile payments to customer accounts
• Track and maintain job cost data, ensuring accurate reporting
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on past-due accounts
• Collaborate with project managers and accounting team to ensure proper billing and cost allocation
• Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts receivable
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in accounts receivable required
• Construction industry experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
