We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects for Federal Government Contractors, with a focus on the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The ideal candidate should possess a PMP certification and have experience working in a fast-cadence environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices and standards
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and subcontractors
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients
• Participate in project reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal Government regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in physical sciences (environmental, chemistry, biology, physics)
• PMP certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Federal Government contracting industry
• Strong knowledge of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and its mission
• Ability to work in a fast-cadence environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• U.S. Citizenship with a clear financial background and no criminal history
• Experience in managing operations for Federal Government Contractors
