The platform leverages predictive AI, machine learning, and computer vision to provide real-time insights and recommendations to improve worker performance. We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our team and help us scale our technology stack across web and mobile.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of our tech stack across web and mobile, working closely with product management and design teams.
• Build and implement new features and functionality for our platform, using Ruby on Rails, Angular, and Ionic.
• Manage an outsourced team of engineers, ensuring efficient and streamlined version control and workflow.
• Develop a deep understanding of our business strategy and bring requirements to life through technology solutions.
• Work in sprints, using agile methodology to make progress and continuously improve our platform.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring accountability and ownership of commitments.
• Lead by example, setting the standard for engineering excellence and delivering high-quality code.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional development experience, with a strong background in full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails, Python, Angular, and Ionic.
• Experience building and deploying web and mobile applications for enterprise and SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, single-page applications, and containerization.
• Experience working with distributed teams and outsourcing partners.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in health technology, biohacking, and emerging trends in the occupational health space.
