We are seeking a Project / Program Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be able to partner with key internal and external stakeholders and dive deep into the business challenges to understand and identify insights that will enable us to deliver results faster. This position will own strategic, tactical, and cross-functional projects and allow you to scope and create project plans, develop processes, coordinate and drive execution, and communicate to senior management on status, risks, and process/product changes.

 

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage new and existing projects, delivering difficult projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Work directly with external providers, customers, and internal teams to craft and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Own project communication, accelerating progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers, and escalating as appropriate
  • Influence design and development of strategic processes
  • Develop, implement, and govern regular reporting mechanisms for a portfolio of projects, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects and using this data to drive/influence business decisions
  • support plans (e.g., post-mortem, issue/ticket management, etc.) and look for opportunities to improve project quality and operational excellence

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • Proven experience as a software Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • 7+ years of managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience defining project requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
