Cordia Resources is seeking an experience Grant Administration Analyst to support grant administration, budgeting, and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Monitor grant revenues and expenditures to ensure compliance with grant requirements.
- Reconcile grant accounts and prepare necessary adjustments as needed.
- Track grant budgets and provide regular updates to management.
- Prepare accurate and timely grant reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance and program teams to ensure alignment of grant activities with organizational goals.
- Assist in grant proposal development, budget preparation, and submission.
Requirements
- Knowledge of federal, state, and private grant regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in revenue monitoring, reconciliation, and budget tracking
- Ability to prepare comprehensive grant reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
