Position Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving the top of the sales funnel by generating and qualifying leads, setting up demos, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. You will leverage your domain expertise in industrial services, particularly in occupational health and safety, to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients. Your goal will be to expand our customer base within industries such as manufacturing, agriculture, and other heavy industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through various channels including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and personal networks.
- Outbound Sales: Conduct outreach to potential clients, focusing on HR and finance departments within industrial providers such as Target, John Deere, and similar organizations.
- Demo Setting: Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, effectively showcasing our platform's capabilities and value proposition.
- Sales Funnel Management: Own the top of the sales funnel, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads. Guide potential clients through the sales process, maintaining engagement and addressing any concerns.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning them with our solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the existing business development team and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing.
- Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed established sales quotas, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales within the industrial service provider sector, particularly in occupational health and safety.

- Demonstrated success in outbound sales and lead generation, with the ability to effectively qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities.
