Interim Controller-Sage Intacct

Cordia Resources is seeking a highly experienced Interim Controller to lead and support a general ledger cleanup project and oversee the implementation of Sage Intacct. This role is critical for ensuring the integrity of our financial data and the successful deployment of Sage Intacct.

Key Responsibilities:
           Assess and execute a cleanup of the general ledger to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
           Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Sage Intacct, ensuring a smooth transition from existing systems.
           Collaborate with the finance team to document and optimize accounting workflows and processes.
           Provide hands-on expertise in configuring Sage Intacct to meet the company’s financial reporting needs.
           Lead reconciliations, adjustments, and other tasks necessary to resolve discrepancies in the ledger.
           Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements throughout the project.
           Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, challenges, and milestones.

Required Qualifications:
           Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
           Extensive experience in accounting and financial management, including previous controller roles.
           Strong expertise in Sage Intacct is required, including implementation and configuration.
           Proven experience in general ledger cleanup and process improvement projects.
           Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
           Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
           Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
