Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is working with an educational institution on a temporary HR Generalist position. This is a temporary role that will be covering for an employee going on leave and will run from February to August 2025.
HR Generalist
Seeking a well-rounded generalist to support while the HR Director is on leave between March and August 2025. Ideal candidate can start in February prior to the Director going out on leave.
Highest priorities are recruiting/onboarding and payroll, but experience in employee relations, budgeting/people planning, and VISA/Immigration is helpful
Preference for candidates that have worked in education or education-adjacent organizations
On site at least four days a week in DC, ideal work hours of 7:45-4:15 with some flexibility
