Washington, DCCordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is working with an educational institution on a temporary HR Generalist position. This is a temporary role that will be covering for an employee going on leave and will run from February to August 2025.

- Seeking a well-rounded generalist to support while the HR Director is on leave between March and August 2025. Ideal candidate can start in February prior to the Director going out on leave.
- Highest priorities are recruiting/onboarding and payroll, but experience in employee relations, budgeting/people planning, and VISA/Immigration is helpful
- Preference for candidates that have worked in education or education-adjacent organizations
- On site at least four days a week in DC, ideal work hours of 7:45-4:15 with some flexibility
- Pay $30-40/hr
