Accounts Payable Specialist

Cordia Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely payments. Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Verify and reconcile discrepancies in invoices and statements
• Ensure timely payments and maintain vendor relationships
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Support internal teams with AP-related inquiries
• Assist with process improvements and system enhancements

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
