Cordia Resources seeking an experienced Controller to support audit preparation and reconciliations for a financial cleanup project. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, exceptional attention to detail, and experience with Sage Intacct. A CPA designation is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead audit preparation efforts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.
• Perform detailed reconciliations to support a financial cleanup initiative.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate a smooth audit process.
• Assist in implementing best practices to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Experience with Sage Intacct is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial audit procedures.
• Proven experience in reconciliations and financial data cleanup.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
