Accounts Payable Clerk

Cordia Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk. This role will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with accounting software—Sage Intacct experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Process and review invoices for accuracy, approvals, and compliance with company policies
• Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies
• Match invoices to purchase orders and verify proper coding of expenses
• Assist with reconciling accounts payable transactions
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Address vendor inquiries regarding payments and outstanding invoices
• Support month-end closing activities and assist in financial reporting as needed

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in accounts payable or a related finance role
• Proficiency in accounting software; Sage Intacct experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of transactions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
