Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert has partnered with a mid-sized organization in Maryland that is searching for an Oracle Fusion Admin/SME on a contract-to-hire basis.
Position Summary: The Oracle Fusion ERP Administrator will support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules (General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets, Cash Management, Project Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, BI Publisher and OTBI reporting). This role will also be responsible for end-user training, functional testing, data support, reporting and interfaces.
Candidate ideally would be local to the DC metro area (Montgomery County, MD) and would be open to a contract-to-hire opportunity.
Job Responsibilities: • Work with accounting, finance, HR, and other teams to research and document Oracle Fusion ERP cloud service requirements • Leads business users in the implementation of new cloud services • Gathers information, prepares and reports on the status of business projects for discussion with leadership and end-users • Works with functional users and the IT staff to resolve day-to-day operational issues • Responds to and resolves Oracle Fusion ERP cloud application and database access and performance issues • Recommends, schedules, and performs improvements and upgrades for cloud service and systems • Assesses and develops long-term strategy for cloud services and databases • Creates reports for business needs following configuration control and SOX requirements
Candidates should have the following background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IST, related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Five years of experience implementing and administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM;
Ability translate business requirements into actionable items in the ERP system
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work with various departments to complete business needs
