Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert has partnered with a growing construction firm near Calabasas, CA that is searching for a Sage Intacct Expert with CRE module experience (Construction / Real Estate) to help with various accounting aspects on their newly implemented Sage Intacct system.
The candidate will be working on-site for approximately 15-20 hours per week with the Owner, CEO, COO, and accounting staff helping to coach on system abilities, expectations, and set up.
Candidate will be responsible for:
Working with Executive team and Finance team to coach on Sage Intacct systems abilities
Training non-financial end users on systems
Ability to help run reporting and GL functions
Experience to help import bids into the system
Support billing and AP functions
Other duties as assigned
Candidate should have the following experience:
5+ years of experience with Sage Intacct, including 2+ years of experience with the CRE module
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar function
Ability to get on site to Calabasas 2-3x per week for on site training and support
Strong Excel skills
Ability to communicate with non-technical users
Strong experience in the real estate and/or construction industries
“Can do” attitude and ability to coach team through how to use Sage Intacct for business cases
