Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a well-capitalized private equity group that’s actively expanding its hospitality portfolio and raising a new fund. They are seeking a highly experienced finance professional to work directly with both fund stakeholders and portfolio operators to manage fund-level financial operations and reporting. 

Title: Fund Finance Manager/Controller
Location: Remote with availability to travel to Chicago, IL
Hourly Rate: Flexible Market
Job Type: Contract / Contract to Hire

The Role:
    •    Fund-level financial management, LP reporting, capital calls/distributions
    •    Liaison between operators and PE stakeholders for consolidated reporting
    •    Location: Remote with ability to travel to Chicago periodically

You Bring:
    •    Strong PE fund finance/accounting experience
    •    Deep understanding of fund structures, investor reporting, and audits
    •    Experience with hospitality or multi-entity reporting preferred
    •    A proactive, consultative mindset

This is a contract role paid hourly with long-term potential.
