Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial and operational data
- Assist in the development of dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a financial analysis, corporate finance, or consulting role
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with financial reporting tools or ERP systems is a plus
Preferred Tools & Skills:
- Exposure to FP&A tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar)
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of GAAP or financial reporting standards
