Payroll Manager-Costpoint and ADP 16675106

Cordia Resources is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee and manage payroll operations for our government contracting organization client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP and Costpoint, and a deep understanding of payroll processing, timekeeping compliance, and payroll reporting within a government contracting environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll in compliance with all federal, state, and contract-specific regulations
  • Oversee timekeeping systems and processes, ensuring compliance with DCAA requirements
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll data integrity
  • Maintain and update payroll records in ADP and Costpoint systems
  • Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, including at least 2 years in a government contracting environment
  • ADP and Costpoint experience required
  • Strong understanding of federal and state payroll regulations and DCAA compliance
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion
