Cordia Resources is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee and manage payroll operations for our government contracting organization client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP and Costpoint, and a deep understanding of payroll processing, timekeeping compliance, and payroll reporting within a government contracting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for exempt and non-exempt employees
Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll in compliance with all federal, state, and contract-specific regulations
Oversee timekeeping systems and processes, ensuring compliance with DCAA requirements
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders
Partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll data integrity
Maintain and update payroll records in ADP and Costpoint systems
Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, including at least 2 years in a government contracting environment
ADP and Costpoint experience required
Strong understanding of federal and state payroll regulations and DCAA compliance
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion
