Temporary HRIS Administrator
Location: Alexandria, VA
Duration: Until December 1st (completion may occur sooner if work is finished)
Schedule: 5 days a week on-site

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Temporary HRIS Administrator to support the implementation of 6-8 UKG modules, including ATS, personal records, performance management, benefits, compensation, training & development, leave management, and document management. This role serves as the main point of contact for UKG and manages all back-end operations associated with the module rollouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the back-end implementation and support of UKG modules with a staggered rollout, starting with the benefits module in July to align with open enrollment.
- Collaborate closely with a 4-5 person HR team, part of a larger parent company with a total of 110 employees.
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality of each module, addressing any issues or fixes once they go live.
- Maintain effective communication with UKG representatives and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth module implementation.
- Report directly to the HR Assistant, who is the project lead for this implementation.
Qualifications:
- Prior HRIS implementation experience, ideally with UKG, and a strong understanding of HR practices.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving business requirements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
- Proficiency in managing complex projects and ensuring timely delivery.
