Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a PE-backed government intelligence solutions firm who is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate finance reporting and supporting our clients operations with strategic insights. 

Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Titusville, FL
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000/year (dependent upon experience)
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting operations for production and manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee work-in-progress (WIP) and inventory accounting, with a focus on percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.
• Utilize accounting software and databases to maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and provide strategic insights.
• Implement and manage financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10-15+ years of accounting experience with a federal contractor.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and experience in production/manufacturing accounting.
• Experience with Unanet or Deltek-Costpoint is highly preferred.
• Advanced skills in MS Office and other accounting software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from an accredited institution.
• High-performing candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
