Salary Range: $200,000 - $225,000/year + bonus + equity

The ideal candidate will possess a CPA, have Big-4/public accounting experience, demonstrate strong technical accounting expertise, and exhibit an excellent track record in team management, with the potential to grow into a CFO role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the accounting operations team, both domestically and internationally.
Oversee all operational accounting aspects, including financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
Interpret and apply technical accounting guidance and standards to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial controls and processes to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and growth initiatives.
Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of professional development and excellence.

Requirements:

CPA certification required.
Experience in Big-4 or public accounting is highly preferred.
Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in interpreting and applying accounting guidance.
Proven track record in managing and leading accounting teams.
Ability to work in a complex multi-entity environment with international operations.
Must be a U.S. citizen and clearable, with some travel required (1-2 weeks per year).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
