Job Title: ERP Architect – PeopleSoft HCM (Human Capital Management)

Compensation: $100-$110/hr.
Position Summary:
The ERP Architect specializing in PeopleSoft HCM will play a crucial role in supporting a local government department. This individual will be responsible for implementing and optimizing PeopleSoft HCM systems.. The role requires a deep understanding of HCM and payroll processes and will involve significant interaction with the Division, ensuring successful business process changes and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing Support:
- Prepare and conduct user acceptance and parallel testing for client's business processes.
- Review and validate client's functional designs, ensuring statewide payroll processes are accurate.
- Document testing outcomes and resolve issues in collaboration with the Division and UAT support team.
- Business Process Changes Support:
- Analyze current and future business processes, evaluating change impacts.
- Provide HCM and payroll expertise during working sessions with the Florida PALM project.
- Recommend subject matter expert solutions to enhance Florida PALM business processes.
- Support data needs by creating and documenting PeopleSoft queries.
- Develop desk procedures, job aids, and manuals for Division and agency personnel.
- Prepare the Division for business process changes and collaborate with the training team for knowledge transfer.
- Project Management Support:
- Identify risks associated with business process changes and propose solutions.
- Share ERP best practices and lessons learned to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Document and address business process change impacts, coordinating solutions with the Division.
- Manage tasks related to transitioning the Division to Florida PALM.
- Assist in developing policies, communications, and training for the Division’s clients.
- Support conversion and cutover planning and execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with systems implementation in PeopleSoft HCM.
- Expertise in HCM and payroll business processes.
- Strong project management skills, including risk identification and mitigation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in developing training materials and conducting knowledge transfer sessions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
