Job Title: Acumatica Systems Analyst

Company Overview: Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnering with a mid-sized services firm in the Haymarket/Gainesville, VA area. We are seeking an experienced Acumatica Systems Analyst to provide post-implementation support and drive the optimization of our Acumatica ERP system.

Job Summary: The Acumatica Systems Analyst will be responsible for enhancing and supporting the Acumatica ERP system across various locations in the US. This role requires on-site presence five days a week and offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement within the Acumatica ERP system.
• Configure and customize Acumatica modules to align with business needs.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Acumatica-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Acumatica with other systems.
• Conduct user training sessions and workshops to enhance system utilization.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and upgrades.
• Assist in data migration and system implementation projects.
• Provide comprehensive post-implementation support to ensure system efficiency and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Acumatica as an administrator or implementation partner.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Acumatica certification is a plus.
• Must be able to work on-site in the Haymarket/Gainesville area.
