Location: Ashburn, VA
Contract Duration: 2-3 months
Hourly Rate: $35.00 - $40.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Support the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Help with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Facilitate communication and coordination within the HR department.
- Assist with organizing HR events and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR administration or coordination is preferred.
