Cordia Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant. This role will focus on revenue recognition, billing, and supporting the month-end close process. The ideal candidate will have strong general ledger accounting experience and a solid background in revenue and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform monthly revenue recognition.
Manage client billing processes accurately and timely.
Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close.
Perform general ledger account reconciliations.
Assist in variance analysis and financial reporting as needed.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and improve billing and revenue workflows.
Support audits and provide requested documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Revenue and billing experience a plus
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close procedures.
Proficiency with ERP accounting systems and Excel.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
