Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a leading not-for-profit industry association seeking a Salesforce Consultant with Nimble AMS expertise.

Join a dynamic team dedicated to managing and optimizing CRM systems for a $20 million not-for-profit organization. This fully remote position allows flexibility to work from anywhere, provided you can operate within Eastern Time Zone hours, 8-5. This contract/consulting role spans 3-6 months with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, and automation.
  • Customize objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to align with business requirements.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Utilize Nimble AMS to enhance contact management and relationship intelligence.
  • Integrate and synchronize data between Nimble, Salesforce, and other systems to ensure consistency and integrity.
  • Pull and consolidate data from decentralized sources, including spreadsheets, third-party tools, and APIs.
  • Develop and maintain data import/export processes and ETL workflows.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless data flow and reporting accuracy.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, documentation, and resources for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce and Nimble users.
  • Gather user feedback to implement improvements for enhanced user experience.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Experience with Nimble CRM and integration with other platforms.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data structures, workflows, and automation.
  • Experience working with decentralized data sources and integration tools like MuleSoft and custom APIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in training and support contexts.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is preferred but not required.
