Title: Senior Accountant
Compensation: 100K – 120K    
Environment: Reston, VA (Hybrid)

Company Overview:

A production and manufacturing company specializing in government contracting.

Job Duties:

• Process monthly financial close transactions and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support Accounts Payable and full cycle payroll processing
• Prepare financial reports, budget variances, and tax filings
• Assist with audit documentation and ongoing projects
• Perform other accounting duties as required

Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounting experience with federal contractors, production, or manufacturing background
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with Unanet or Deltek-Costpoint preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, accounting software, and databases
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and drive business process improvements
