Job Title: Project Manager/Program Manager

Location: Tallahassee, FL (On-site, 5 days a week)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Rate: $70-$75/hr.

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Program Manager with a strong background in third-party application integration into ERP systems, ideally PeopleSoft. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects that link third-party applications, such as banking or procurement systems, to PeopleSoft or other ERP systems within the finance group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects involving the integration of third-party applications with ERP systems.
• Develop and execute strategic project plans, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide technical and subject matter expertise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill customer requirements and provide customer interface support.
• Supervise and direct project teams, ensuring quality standards and work performance.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management processes.
• Apply change management techniques, including developing communication plans and training for stakeholders.
• Deliver training sessions through formal courses, workshops, and seminars.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of IT work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing projects.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with document management, groupware, relational database systems, data warehousing, and web/system analysis and development.
• Familiarity with Pcard Works.
• Experience in risk assessments and retesting requirements.
• Proven track record in strategic vision development for IT projects.
• Experience in supervising IT projects and applying administrative and technical expertise.
• Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is highly desirable.
